Salmon, Shrimp, Cheesy Broccoli with Corn

  Ingredients For the Salmon and Shrimps: 2 Salmon fillets (about 150 grams each) 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried dill salt & pepper to taste For the Cheesy Broccoli: 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon corn flour 1 cup of milk Salt & pepper to taste For the Corn: 2 ears of corn, husked and cut into halves 2 tablespoons butter Salt & pepper to taste Instructions In a small bowl, season the salmon by mixing 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt & pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets. Steam the salmon fillets for about 10-15 minutes. Toss the shrimps in the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Fry them till they turn pink and opaque. To prepare the cheesy broccoli, steam the florets untill tender about 5 to 7 minutes.  In a small saucepan, melt the butter over med
