Ingredients
For the Salmon and Shrimps:
- 2 Salmon fillets (about 150 grams each)
- 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- salt & pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Broccoli:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Corn:
- 2 ears of corn, husked and cut into halves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, season the salmon by mixing 1 tablespoon of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt & pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Steam the salmon fillets for about 10-15 minutes.
