How To Cook Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 teaspoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 medium onion, chopped 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup carrot slices 1 cup chopped celery 1 cup chopped red pepper Instructions Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and light soy sauce into a bowl. In a large saucepan, heat up olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, broccoli, carrots and celery. Stir and cook it for about 2 minutes. Add the red bell peppers. Stir and and cover the pan and cook it for one minute. Add the sauce mixture. Bring it to a boil and cook it for another minute more. Cover it again. Serve it immediately.
