Cooking this recipe for the first time, it is amazing how a few simple ingredients can be flavorful. The cooking method of stir-frying makes spinach fresh and green and you can smell the aromatic dish with garlic added to it. Ingredients 600 grams Spinach  200 grams minced pork Seasoning (mix with minced pork) Oil Sugar Corn Starch Light Soy sauce Seasoning (for Cooking Spinach) Oil Pounded Ginger Salt Water Sugar For Stir-Frying Minced Pork Garlic Oil Corn Starch Water Instructions Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon corn starch & 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce to the minced pork.
