How to Cook Sausage Broccoli Stirfry

Ingredients 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 package (13.5 ounces of sausage), cut into coin-slice pieces 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups fresh broccoli florets 1/4 cup water 3 tablespoons oyster sauce Instructions In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or untill lightly browned.  Add the broccoli, water and oyster sauce. Cook and stir it for 3 t0 4 minutes or untill broccoli is crisp-tender. Serve it over rice. If desired, you can sprinkle the dish with cashews.  

How to Cook Snow Peas with Chicken

  Ingredients 0.25 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil (to be divided) 0.63 cups snow peas (trim the ends) 0.25 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic 0.06 cup low sodium chicken broth 0.06 cup soy sauce 0.75 tablespoon honey 0.5 teaspoon corn starch salt and pepper to taste Instructions Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the snow peas and cook it for approximately 3-4 minutes untill it becomes tender.  Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel and turn the heat to high heat. Add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Add them to the pan in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side untill golden brown and cooked through.  Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add the snow peas back to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes or untill the snow peas are warmed through.  In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water. Ingredients 2 eggs 30 grams crab sticks Salt Instructions Mix all the ingredients and add a pinch of salt.  Heat oil and pour egg mixture in oil. Mix it with chopsticks.  Fry till it turns golden brown and crispy.  

How to Cook Savory Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients 1 tablespoon butter 1 clove garlic, smashed 1 bay leaf 1 cup chicken stock 1 cup white wine 1 pound baby bok choy, trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise Instructions Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-heat and cook the garlic together with the bay leaf untill the garlic is lightly browned about 5 minutes.  Stir in the chicken stock and white wine. Increase the heat to a full boil.  Cook the sauce, stirring it often untill it is reduced to 1 cup about 15 minutes.  Remove the bay leaf. Lay the bok choy halves, cut sides down into the sauce and reduce it to a simmer.  Cook untill tender about 10 minutes. Serve with sauce spooned over bok choy.
