Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 pound baby bok choy, trimmed and sliced in half lengthwise
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-heat and cook the garlic together with the bay leaf untill the garlic is lightly browned about 5 minutes.
- Cook the sauce, stirring it often untill it is reduced to 1 cup about 15 minutes.
