How To Cook Vegetable Stir Fry


Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrot slices
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped red pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and light soy sauce into a bowl. 

  2. In a large saucepan, heat up olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, broccoli, carrots and celery. 

  4. Stir and cook it for about 2 minutes. 

  5. Add the red bell peppers. 

  6. Stir and and cover the pan and cook it for one minute. 

  7. Add the sauce mixture. Bring it to a boil and cook it for another minute more. Cover it again. 

  8. Serve it immediately.
