Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped red pepper
Instructions
- Combine pineapple juice, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch and light soy sauce into a bowl.
- In a large saucepan, heat up olive oil over medium heat.
- Serve it immediately.
