Ingredients
- 2 cups of beansprouts, rinsed
- 1 Chinese sausage, sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 sprig spring onion, sectioned
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat wok on medium-low heat and put 1 tablespoon oil in it..
- Add in the Chinese sausage and fry it gently untill it starts to release oil.
- Push the sausage back into the oil and crack the egg in. Scramble it untill the egg is cooked.
