Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 white onion (medium sliced)
- 5 mushrooms (medium sliced)
- 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1/2 head cabbage (sliced & cut into 1" chunks)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in large pot over medium high heat.
- Add garlic and chicken, saute untill chicken is no longer pink.
- Add cabbage, saute untill it becomes soft for about 5 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium high and saute 2 minutes or untill liquid evaporates.
