Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into smaller pieces
- 2 cups cabbages, shredded
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Garnish the plate with fresh parsley leaves and serve!
