How to Cook Fish balls with Cabbage

 


Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chinese cabbage
  • 4 Fish balls
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 5 grams salt
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Some shallots
Instructions
  1. Wash the Chinese cabbage  and break it into lumps.
  2. Cut the fish balls into half.
  3. Add oil and saute the chives / spring onions. Add in the shallots. 

  4. Add the Chinese cabbage. 

  5. Stir fry it till the seedlings are slightly collapsed. 
  6. Add a little oyster sauce. 

  7. Add in the fish balls. 

  8. Add an appropriate amount of water. 

  9. Cook it for 3 minutes and add salt to taste. 

  10. Cook for another minute and turn off the heat.
