Ingredients
- 500 grams Chinese cabbage
- 4 Fish balls
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 5 grams salt
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- Some shallots
Instructions
- Wash the Chinese cabbage and break it into lumps.
- Cut the fish balls into half.
- Add oil and saute the chives / spring onions. Add in the shallots.
- Add the Chinese cabbage.
- Stir fry it till the seedlings are slightly collapsed.
- Add a little oyster sauce.
- Add in the fish balls.
- Add an appropriate amount of water.
- Cook it for 3 minutes and add salt to taste.
