Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken legs
- 1/2 cup Huadiao wine
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1/ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil, add some oil and salt. Cook whole chicken legs for 20 to 25 minutes or untill fully cooked.
- Remove whole chicken legs from pot and set aside.
