Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions (or 2 to 3 shallots or green onions)
- 1 to 2 chopped green chillies, red chilli powder or 1/4 teaspoon black pepper crushed)
- 1 spig coriander leaves, rosemary leaves or fine parsley chopped
- 2 to 3 tablespoons deseeded & chopped red bell peppers
- 1/4 to 3 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch of tumeric powder
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Break one egg to the mixing bowl.
- Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon oil or butter and spread it well.
- When the egg is cooked, set them aside and pour the egg mixture to the pan. Allow it to cook a bit and cut in the centre with the wooden spoon.
