Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed, canola or sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper / chilli flakes
- 1 lb. broccoli florets
- 10 oz.sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (to garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar till the sugar dissolves completely.
