Ingredients
- 150 grams french beans
- 50 grams minced pork
- 1 tablespoon finely minced salted radish
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimps, soaked till soft, drained & chopped
- 0.5 clove finely minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil (for stir-frying)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon fermented soy bean paste
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 dash of ground white pepper
- 50ml of water
Instructions
- Trim the stems off the french beans, cut into halves or 2 inch (5cm) lengths. Wash and drain. Set aside.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons oil in the pan over high-heat. Add the minced garlic, salted radish and dried shrimps. Stir fry it till fragrant.
- Continue to stir-fry it untill the french beans have softened and liquid has reduced considerably. Add a little more water and continue to let braise.
