Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed peas & carrots
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup leftover cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Place the frozen mixed peas & carrots in a small saucepan and cover it with water. Bring it to a low boil and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain it in a colander.
