Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- 1 cup cooked & chilled rice
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- sliced spring onions (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter into a large skillet.
- Cook it for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
