- 1 fillet salmon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, fine chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Garnish
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Chives / spring onion chopped
Instructions
- First, season the salmon with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving plate. Add extra chopped chives and sesame seeds.
