How to Cook Sauteed Cauliflower with Fishballs


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 5 pieces fish balls, sliced into half each
  • Garlic & ginger, minced
  • Spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Instructions
  1. Saute garlic and ginger untill they turn soft. 

  2. Add sliced fishballs. Mix it and add the cauliflower. 

  3. Add a little water and oyster sauce. 

  4. Cover and allow it to simmer untill the cauliflower is half done. 

  5. Garnish the plate with spring onion. Serve it immediately.
