How To Cook Cabbage with Chicken (Version 2)

 


Ingredients

  • 0.38 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.19 lb chicken breasts, cut into small pieces. 

  • 0.13 medium cabbage, break them into lumps. 

  • 0.25 medium carrots, shredded 

  • 0.13 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.13 cup chicken / vegetable stock
  • 0.08 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 0.03 teaspoon pepper (to taste
  • 0.25 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Warm up a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and chicken. Fry it for 5 to 7 minutes or untill browned. 



  2. Add the paprika and tomato paste to the chicken. Stir it and then saute for another 5 minutes. 

  3. Add the cabbage and cook for 5 more minutes. 

  4. Add the shredded carrots, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Stir everything together. Cook it without the lid, stirring occasionally for about 40 minutes untill there is no liquid remaining. 

  5. Garnish the plate with fresh parsley.
