Ingredients
- 0.38 teaspoon olive oil
- 0.19 lb chicken breasts, cut into small pieces.
- 0.13 medium cabbage, break them into lumps.
- 0.25 medium carrots, shredded
- 0.13 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 tablespoon tomato paste
- 0.13 cup chicken / vegetable stock
- 0.08 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 0.03 teaspoon pepper (to taste
- 0.25 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Warm up a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and chicken. Fry it for 5 to 7 minutes or untill browned.
