Ingredients
- 6 scallops
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger. minced
- 1 tablespoon scallion
- 1 tablespoon red bell pepper, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Marinate soy sauce with half the ginger and scallion. Set it aside.
- Serve the dish.
