Ingredients
- 400grams scallops
- 1 carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into triangular shapes
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into triangular shapes
- 200grams snow peas
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 slice ginger root, finely chopped
- few dashes of ground chilli powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Marinade for Scallops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
Instructions
- Marinade scallops with shaoxing wine, salt and ground white pepper.
