Ingredients
- 2 ounces tubular spaghetti
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 sweet onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimps - peeled and deveined
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
Instructions
- Add pasta &1 tablespoon salt to 1 litre of boiling water. Cook i for 9 minutes or to untill tender. Drain.
- Combine the garlic, onion and oregano in a food processor. Pulse untill it is finely chopped.
- Heat the oilve oil in a large skillet over rmedium heat.
- Add the onion mixture. Cook and stir it untill fragrant and almost golden.
- Allow it to simmer about 5 minutes while the pasta is cooking, stirring it occasionally.
- Garnish the plate with more basil leaves. Serve immediately.
