Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or sunflower oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and sliced
- 1 1/2 cup of bok choy, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, add salmon and cook it for 4 minutes per side, flipping it with a spatula.
- Cover the pan and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
