How to Cook Mushrooms & Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the shiitake mushrooms and saute it untill they are softened and start to brown about 5-7 minutes. 

  3. Add the minced garlic and saute it for 30 seconds. 

  4. Add the bok choy and cook it untill it wilts about 2 to 3 minutes. 
  5. Stir in the light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. 

  6. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. 
  7. Serve it hot over rice.
