Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine or water
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 medium head Napa cabbage, tear them into lumps
- 1/2 pound of stemmed and sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 to 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large wok over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Stir fry them for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir-fry them over medium-high heat untill the cabbage is tender-crisp and the mushrooms tender for about 6 to 8 minutes.
