How to Cook Easy Shrimp, Broccoli and Mushrooms Stir Fry

 


Ingredients

  • 6 pieces grey prawns
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine light soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Set it aside.

  2. In a large frying pan or wok, heat up the sesame oil over medium-high heat untill hot. 

  3. Season the shrimps with salt and pepper as desired. Cook shrimps for about 3 minutes till they become pink. Remove it from the pan and set it aside. 

  4. In the same pan, add garlic and broccoli. Stir fry it on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. 

  5. Add in the mushrooms. 

  6. Put the shrimps back into the pan. 
  7. Add in the prepared soy-honey sauce. 

  8. Stir and mix all the ingredients together. 

  9. Add more salt or pepper (if necessary). Serve immediately.
