Ingredients
- 75 grams day old / leftover rice
- 0.25 tablespoon sunflower / vegetable oil
- 1 medium egg
- 63grams raw shrimp meat
- 25 grams frozen peas
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 0.25 tablespoon sesame oil, plus extra for serving
Instructions
- Place the oil into a large frying pan or wok. Heat for 1 minute over a medium-high burner. Add the rice and stir fry it for 3 minutes untill properly hot.
