Ingredients
- 1 lb snow peas
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 slices bacon, sliced thin
- 4 shallots, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon honey
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash snow peas and remove the stems.
- Fill a saucepan halfway with water. Add salt and bring it to a boil. Cook snow peas in water for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir well and cook it for 30 seconds more.
