Ingredients
- 80 grams firm tofu
- 4 grams chopped spring onions
- Some cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Instructions
- Take out the tofu from the packaging and drain off the water. Gently pat dry the outer layer of tofu with some kitchen towels.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes or medium-sized rectangles.
- Pre-heat a non-stick frying pan on high heat. Add some cooking oil and spread it across the pan.
- Turn off the heat.
- Stack the tofu in a shallow dish. Add the spring onion.
- Pour the sauce around the tofu and spring onion.
- Serve it immediately.
