Ingredients
- 100 grams Chinese fish golden slices
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 pack bean sprouts
- A pinch of salt
- Spring onion (for garnishing)
Instructions
- Wash and drain the bean sprouts.
- Chop the green & red bell peppers into cubes
- Slice the spring onion about 5 cm lengths.
- Grease the frying pan with oil and stir fry the fish golden slices.
