Ingredients
- 1/2 block white beancurd
- 1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/2 shallot, chopped
- 10 grams preserved radish, soaked and chopped
- 25 grams minced meat
Marinade for Meat
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cornflour
Seasonings
- 0.25 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
- 0.15 teaspoon sugar
- 0.06 teaspoon ground white pepper
Garnishing
- 0.25 stalk spring onion, diced
- 0.25 chilli, sliced
Instructions
- Place the block of tofu on a deep steaming plate.
- Marinate the meat with salt, sesame oil and cornflour for 30 minutes.
- Remove it from the flame.
- Top the plate with chopped spring onion and red chilli. Enjoy!
