Ingredients
- 450 grams cabbage (core removed and cut into pieces)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 125 grams shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 heaping tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Trim off the bottom part of the cabbage. Remove the core. Cut the cabbage into chunky pieces.
- Add the cooking oil to a skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and saute it untill they sizzle.
- Add the oyster sauce and water.
- Add salt to taste. Dish out and serve it immediately.
