Ingredients
- 750 grams whole prawns (peeled, deveined)
- 4 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 3 spring onion (chopped and separate the green and white parts)
- 4.5 slices ginger
- 7.5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 4 1/2 tablespoons rice wine
Instructions
- Add oil, ginger, the white part of the spring onions and garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry it untill it turns slightly golden.
