How To Cook Chinese Prawn Stir Fry

 


Ingredients

  • 750 grams whole prawns (peeled, deveined)
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 spring onion (chopped and separate the green and white parts)
  • 4.5 slices ginger
  • 7.5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons rice wine
Instructions

  1. Add oil, ginger, the white part of the spring onions and garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry it untill it turns slightly golden. 

  2. Turn up the heat and add soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, followed by the prawns. 

  3. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes untill the prawns are completely cooked through. 

  4. Stir in the green part of the spring onion and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of rice wine. 

  5. Turn off the heat. Serve it with rice or noodles.
