Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 lb raw shrimp meat
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 cups frozen diced carrots, peas & corn
- 3 cups leftover cooked rice
- 1/2 cup finely sliced green onions
- 2 eggs, lightly whisked
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the eggs and cook it. Stir it gently so that it becomes gently scrambled. Remove it from heat and set it aside.
- Add beef and cook it, breaking it up for 2 minutes untill the meat is no longer raw.
- Add the frozen vegetables and cook it for 2 minutes or untill the beef is nicely caramelised.
