Ingredients

- 1 pack sausage, sliced thinly
- 1 pack thick cut bacon. chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 4 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 head cabbage, chopped thinly
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Instructions
- Chop and slice all ingredients.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium-high heat.
- Add bacon and cook it for 5-6 minutes. stirring it occasionally.
- Remove the cooked sausage and bacon on a plate lined with a paper towel and set it aside.
- Allow it to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring it occasionally.
