Ingredients
- 3/8 head cabbage. finely shredded
- 3/4 carrot, shredded
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves, crushed or minced
- 3/8 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3/8 teaspoon fresh ginger. crushed or minced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/8 teaspoon white vinegar
- 3/4 tablespoon canola oil
Instructions
- Heat canola or vegetable oil in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook it untill soft.
- Next, add the vinegar and stir it to combine.
- Remove it from heat.
