How To Cook Spare Ribs With Green Beans

 


Ingredients 

  • 1 lb pork spare ribs
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the spare ribs, garlic, light soy sauce, honey, white wine, black pepper and salt. Mix well to coat the ribs. 

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ribs and cook them untill they are browned on all sides. 

  3. Add the green beans to the skillet. Cook and stir them occasionally untill the green beans are tender. 

  4. Serve the ribs and green beans hot.
