Ingredients
- 1 lb pork spare ribs
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the spare ribs, garlic, light soy sauce, honey, white wine, black pepper and salt. Mix well to coat the ribs.
- Serve the ribs and green beans hot.
