Ingredients
- 500 grams pork ribs
- 1 ear of corn, cut into segments
- 2-3 tomatoes, quartered
- Some ginger slices
- salt & pepper to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot. Add the pork ribs and boil them for a few minutes untill the blood and impurities are removed. Drain and rinse the ribs.
- Heat oil in a pot. Add the ginger slices and saute it untill fragrant.
