How To Cook Crab Stick Omelette



Ingredients

  • 4-5 imitation crab sticks 

  • 4 tablespoons minced green onions 

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce 
Instructions
  1. Cut the crab sticks into tiny bite sized pieces. 

  2. Mince the green onions.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, crack all 3 eggs and beat them together. 

  4. Add the minced crab sticks, green onions and fish sauce. Mix them all together. 


  5. In a skillet, add some olive oil to coat the pan over medium-heat.
  6. Once the oil is hot, add 1 large spoonful of the mixture to the pan.
  7. Leave it enough space for the spoon mixture to form mini patties. 
  8. Cook it for a few minutes on each side. Flip it over when it turns golden brown. 

  9. Continue with the remaining mixture and serve them hot.
