Ingredients
- 4-5 imitation crab sticks
- 3 large eggs
Instructions
- Cut the crab sticks into tiny bite sized pieces.
- Mince the green onions.
- In a skillet, add some olive oil to coat the pan over medium-heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add 1 large spoonful of the mixture to the pan.
- Leave it enough space for the spoon mixture to form mini patties.
- Cook it for a few minutes on each side. Flip it over when it turns golden brown.
- Continue with the remaining mixture and serve them hot.
