Ingredients
- 1/2 head large cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot or saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Remove the pot from the heat.
- Stir in the milk, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup hot. Garnish it with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
