Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sliced shiitake mushroom
- 2 gloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh Parsley for garnish
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Stir it occasionally untill golden and tender.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper untill it is well-combined.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 1 tablespoon butter to the skillet.
- Add in the shredded cheese and let it melt into the egg.
- Remove it from heat and transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish it with fresh parsley.
