Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts. cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, light soy sauce and cornstarch together. Mix it well and marinate it for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve it with rice.
