Ingredients
- 40 grams glass noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cabbage, bite-sized
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- green onion, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Soak the glass noodles in a bowl of hot water for 5-10 minutes untill it is pliable. Drain and rinse it with cold water.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the cooking oil.
