How To Cook Crab Egg Rolls

 


Ingredients

  • 10-12 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Mix green cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder and light soy sauce in a bowl untill smooth. 

  2. Place a spoonful of filling in the centre of each wrapper. Fold the sides, then roll up tightly. sealing it with a bit of water.. 


  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  4. Fry the egg rolls for 3-4 minutes and turning untill golden and crispy. 

  5. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Garnish it with chopped green onion. Enjoy!
