Ingredients
- 10-12 egg roll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat (or imitation crab), chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix green cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder and light soy sauce in a bowl untill smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
