Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy mushroom sauce over the top. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes to heat through.
