Ingredients
- 200 grams firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 4 cups fresh spinach, washed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into square or rectangular cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cut tofu cubes and saute untill golden and slightly crispy about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve it hot and enjoy!
