Ingredients
- 300 grams shrimps. peeled and deveined
- 200 grams chinese oriental sausage, sliced diagonally
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame sedds (for garnish)
- Fresh green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook it for 3--4 minutes untill browned. Remove from the heat and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Pour the sauce into the wok with the broccoli and bring it to a simmer.
- Return the cooked sausage and shrimps to the wok, tossing everything together to coat with the honey garlic sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes untill everything is heated through and well-combined.
