How To Cook Mushroom and Egg Stir Fry

 


Ingredients

  • 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 eggs. beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and cook it untill fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook it untill softened. 
  4. Push the mushrooms to the side of the pan and add the beaten eggs. 

  5. Scramble the eggs untill just set, then mix them with the mushrooms. 

  6. Add the light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine. 

  7. Garnish with green onions and serve it hot.
