Ingredients
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms
- 2 eggs. beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and cook it untill fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook it untill softened.
- Push the mushrooms to the side of the pan and add the beaten eggs.
- Add the light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and serve it hot.
