How To Cook Chinese Prawn Stir Fry

 


Ingredients

  • 750 grams whole prawns (peeled, deveined)
  • 4.5 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 3-4.5 spring onion
  • 3-4 slices ginger
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons rice wine
Instructions
  1. Add oil, ginger, spring onion and garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry untill they are slightly golden. 


  2. Turn up the heat and add the light soy sauce, rice wine and prawns. Stir fry for 2 minutes untill they are completely cooked through. 



  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of rice wine and turn off the heat.

  4. You can serve the dish with either rice or noodles.
