How To Cook Chinese Prawn Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 750 grams whole prawns (peeled, deveined)
- 4.5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3-4.5 spring onion
- 3-4 slices ginger
- 7 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice wine
Instructions
- Add oil, ginger, spring onion and garlic in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry untill they are slightly golden.
- You can serve the dish with either rice or noodles.
