How to Fry Chinese Cabbage with Fish balls


Ingredients

  • 1 piece Chinese Cabbage
  • 1 small dish fish balls
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Some oil + salt
Instructions
  1. Heat the pan with cold oil.
  2. Add garlic slices and stir-fry it. 

  3. Saute the minced garlic, add fishballs and stir-fry it. 

  4. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry it evenly. 
5. Add the greens into the pan. When they start to change colour, they can be put on the  
   plate. 

6. Serve it immediately.
